Later works on geography include Noda Shigekata's Uramikanwa (1752) and Hagiwara Motokatsu's Kai Meisho-shi (1783), but the most basic historical source is the Kaikokushi (1806), which was started in 1806 under the internal orders of the shogunate and completed in 1814. …また郷学としては石和代官山本大膳によって22年(文政5)に設置された由学館をはじめ，37年(天保8)の松声堂，42年の興譲館があいついだ。後期になってみられる地誌類には野田成方の《裏見寒話》(1752)，萩原元克の《甲斐名勝志》(1783)があるが，幕府の内命をうけて1806年に着手され14年に完成した《甲斐国志》は最も基本的史料として代表的なものである。そのほか大森快庵の《甲斐叢記》(1848)や宮本定正の《甲斐の手振》(1850)などがある。…
