Regarding the origin of the Genki text, there are several theories, including one that claims that the original is the Gosha Genki written by Teikei, which appears in the Kyokunsho written by Komachi Kazane and was written before 1233 (Tenpuku 1), one that claims that the original or previous Genki is the Kasuga Gongenki Sho (provisional title) (one piece of origami paper) housed in the Kanazawa Bunko, one that claims that the original source of the Genki is the Zennyu Butsudoshu, which was copied in 1331 (Genko 1), and one that claims that the current Genki was written after the third period. Kasuga Myojin in the Genki expresses divine will by entrusting it to people, but it is also extremely humane, expressing aversion to the Murakami Genji clan, who were advancing into the political world, and hatred for Fujiwara Tadamichi and Yorinaga, saying twice, "You may abandon me, but I will not abandon you," and saying, "The old bones of Kasugayama are already tired." …
