Old Tom Gin

...Steinhäger, made in Germany, is distilled with juniper berries added before fermentation, and has a mild flavor. Old Tom Gin is a dry gin sweetened with 1-2% sugar, while Plymouth Gin is somewhere in between, with a strong smell. There is a group of liqueurs called gin, such as sloe gin and lemon gin, which are made by steeping sloe (a type of plum) or lemon peel in spirits made from the same ingredients as London gin.
