Takamasa Onakatomi

It is said to have been developed by Onakatomi Takamasa towards the end of the Heian period, who donated it to Ozuki Takamoto, a member of the government. In order to gain the protection of a more powerful family, Ozuki Takamoto donated it to Saishokoin, whose principal residence was Kenshunmon-in Taira Shigeko and her son Emperor Takakura.
