...The site of Kuzume Castle (Yamada Castle), the residence of the Yamada clan, who were one of the Seven Guardians of Tosa during the Warring States period, and the family temple, Yogakuji Temple, are located here. There is also Nonaka Shrine (Oen-do), where Nonaka Kaneyama's fourth daughter, Wan, enshrined the spirits of her clan, and the site of the residence and tomb (Shi) of Confucian scholar Tani Shigeto (Shinzan), who was also Wan's teacher. In the southeast of the town, halfway up Mt. Sanbo, there is the limestone cave, Ryuga-do (Ten/Shi)....
