Lead pipes. Flexible and easy to join, they are used for water pipes, gas pipes, drainage pipes, etc. They are classified according to their use as Class 1 (chemical industry), Class 2 (general), and Class 3 (gas). They are corroded by alkali, so the parts buried in concrete must be covered. There are also slightly harder lead pipes made of alloys containing antimony.
