...The seasoning used is fish sauce made by salting and fermenting fish or shrimp. Clothing consists of a shirt or a jacket (enji) worn over it, and a cylindrical cloth (longyi) for the lower body for both men and women. When dressed formally, they wear a bowl-shaped cloth hat (gaungbaung), but usually they do not wear a hat.
