Japanese: 英米型行政法 - えいべいがたぎょうせいほう
Anglo-American Administrative Law

In other words, the establishment and development of administrative law in the United Kingdom and the United States is seen mainly in the accumulation of special statutes and precedents on issues surrounding administrative, quasi-legislative or quasi-judicial powers (administrative procedures, delegated legislation, judicial review, remedies, etc.) exercised by various administrative committees and administrative tribunals to carry out the modern functions of administration. British and American administrative law have different historical and institutional foundations, so the differences between the two cannot be overlooked, but they have in common the fact that they are different from the continental administrative law described above, and this is called Anglo-American administrative law or common law administrative law.
