Uryanghai

...They are believed to be descendants of the Tobo (Dubo) mentioned in Chinese historical documents, but the neighboring tribes Tofalary (Karagasy) and Koibaly also call themselves Tuva. In neighboring Mongolia to the south, they are called Uryanhai (Ulianghai). The old name Soioty given by the Russians comes from the tribe name Soyon (the same is the name of the Sayan Mountains).
