...A triangular floor board (urokoita) is laid beside the alcove to create a slanting wall, a central pillar is erected at the protruding corner of the mukogiri hearth, and a board is fitted to the end of the brazier to carve out a firelight shape; this original composition, both flat and three-dimensional, is called "yuraku-gai." The windows, which are densely packed with bamboo, are also called "yuraku windows." The koshibari is also called "rekibari no seki," and uses an old calendar, adding to the rustic atmosphere....
