Cassito
The name of an ethnic group from the Ancient Orient. They first appeared in history around the 18th century BC, established the Third Babylonian Dynasty (Kassite Dynasty) in the early 16th century BC, and ruled Babylonia until the 12th century BC. Despite maintaining their power for a long time, there are many unknowns about their language and society. They are known for a unique boundary stone called kudurru.
