Japanese: 合歓塩 - がっかえん

Gagaku, Bugaku, Orchestra The title of the piece. Tang music. Taishikichou. When performed in Kangen, it is called "Nemu Shio" (Gong Salt), and when performed as Bugaku, it is used in the quick section of "Taiheigaku" (Taiheigaku), and there is no Bugaku piece called "Nemu Shio" (Gong Salt). According to old records, Nemu no gaku is so named because it has a well-balanced pentatonic scale and is endowed with a voice of joy. When performed in Kangen, it is a medium-sized piece with a fast four-beat rhythm and 16 beats. When performed as Bugaku, it is a fast four-beat rhythm with 24 beats, repeated three times. Furthermore, when the dancer performs the Iru-te dance and descends from the stage, the quick section is played again, called Shigebuki.

雅楽，舞楽，管絃の曲名。唐楽。太食調（たいしきちよう）。管絃で奏されるときは《合歓塩》の名で，舞楽として奏されるときは《太平楽》の急の章に用いられ，舞楽の《合歓塩》という曲はない。古い記録によれば，合歓の楽は五音（ごいん）がよく整い，歓喜の声が備わっているのでこの名があるという。管絃のときは早四拍子，拍子16の中曲。舞楽のときは早四拍子，拍子24で三べん繰り返す。さらに，舞人が入手（いるて）を舞って降台するときにも，重吹（しげぶき）と称して，急の章をもう一度演奏する。
