A pine forest stretching about 4km along the coast of Tosa Bay in the southwest of Kochi Prefecture. It belongs to Kuroshio Town and is a national scenic spot. Developed during the time of Chosokabe Motochika, the forest is a vast conservation forest with hundreds of thousands of black pines. Together with the sand dunes behind it, it belongs to Irino Prefectural Natural Park. In the pine forest is Kamo Shrine, a shrine listed in the Engishiki. 高知県南西部,土佐湾沿岸にある延長約 4kmの松原。黒潮町に属する。国の名勝。長宗我部元親時代の造成で,数十万本のクロマツを中心に広大な保安林があり,背後の砂丘とともに入野県立自然公園に属する。マツ林のなかに延喜式内社の加茂神社がある。
