Graft hybrid

…A hybrid produced by a method other than sexual reproduction. It often refers to a graft hybrid, in which the rootstock affects the characteristics of the scion through grafting. Graft hybrids can be either chimeras in which the genetic changes are transmitted to offspring or chimeras in which the influence of the parents is only seen in the grafted generation.
