Ikoma River

The Tatsuta River (Tatsuta River) mentioned in ancient poems such as Ariwara no Narihira's poem "Chihayaburu kamiyo mo kikazu Tatsuta River kara kuini mizu kukuru towa" ("The Tatsuta River is a red river, not a red river"), which appears in Volume 5 of the Kokinshu, is believed to refer to the main stream of the Yamato River after it joins the river.
