Ambon people

...The highest point of the volcanic island is Mount Sarhutoo (1,340m). The inhabitants are Ambon people of mixed Malay and Papuan descent, with dark skin and curly hair. Although it is a small island, it has long been known as a producer of spices such as cloves and nutmeg, and is also a strategic point.
