A group of ruins left in a cave west of Zhoukoudian, about 50 km southwest of Beijing, China. More than 40 fossil human bones, named Sinanthropus (Peking Man), core stone tools, and flake stone tools were excavated from the limestone cave. Fossil human bones and quartz flake stone tools called Shangdong Man were also excavated from another cave above this cave.
