A son of Emperor Kōshō who appears in the Kojiki and Nihon shoki. His mother was Yosotarashihime, and his younger brother was Emperor Kōan. According to the "Nihon Shoki," he was the ancestor of the Wani (later Kasuga) clan. According to the "Kojiki," he was called Ameoshitarashihiko no Mikoto.
