However, unlike Husserl's transcendental reduction, this is merely a description of the lawyer's practical attitude toward legal phenomena. After the war, research on Husserl's phenomenology progressed significantly, with particular attention being paid to his middle and late thought, and the phenomenology of the intersubjective world and existential phenomena were developed.
