Heavenly Feather Robe - Amanohagoromo
① The clothing of heavenly beings. Originally it represented the qualifications of heavenly beings and was not meant for flying, but later it was interpreted as something that flew through the sky. ※The Bamboo Cutter (late 9th century - early 10th century) "Among the heavenly beings there is a box that the heavenly beings are carrying. It is said that those who wear clothes will become troubled." ※Kokin Rokujo (around 976-987) 5 "The heavenly beings flying in the sky are koromoete shikana ukiyo no naka ni kakumono no kosaji" ② The bath robe worn by the emperor when bathing at festivals such as the Daijoe , Jingonjiki , and Niiname Matsuri . ※Nishinomiyaki (around 969 ) 11 "Bath to offer to the main hall ( abbreviation) The emperor wears two heavenly feather robes and bathes in this way ."
