Born in Tenbun 10. A retainer of Tokugawa Ieyasu. He distinguished himself in the battle against Takeda Katsuyori at the Tenryu River and in the siege of Odawara, and was awarded 5,000 koku in Ichihara, Izu. He died on April 7, 1600.
