Aburashimeji - Aburashimeji

An edible mushroom of the Basidiomycete family, Balloonaceae family, Order Matsutake. The cap is 5-10 cm in diameter, has a clay-colored surface covered with a large amount of mucus, and is characterized by radially arranged stripes around the cap. The stem is 5-15 cm in diameter and 1 cm thick, thin at the base, white on the surface and covered with mucus. The gills and spore pattern are muddy brown, and it appears in mixed forests in autumn, with an extremely wide distribution. It is widely eaten as a soup or in stews. Local names include Nururinbou, Amenbo, and Zurakura, and in many regions it is not distinguished from the closely related Numerisasatake.

担子菌類、マツタケ目フウセンタケ科の食用キノコ。傘は径5～10センチメートル、表面は粘土色で多量の粘液で覆われている。傘の周辺部に放射状に並ぶ条線があるのが特徴。茎は5～15センチメートルで太さ1センチメートル、根元は細く、表面は白色で粘液を帯びる。ひだも胞子紋も泥褐色、秋になると雑木林に発生し、分布はきわめて広い。汁の実、煮つけなどにして広く食用にされる。地方名として、ヌルリンボウ、アメンボ、ズラクラなどがあり、近縁のヌメリササタケと区別しない地方も多い。
