Oil Diffusion Pump - ABRAKAKUSAN PUMP

This refers to a diffusion pump that uses oil as the working fluid. The main characteristics required of pump oil are low evaporation pressure at room temperature, a large heat of evaporation, and thermal and chemical stability. The typical structure of an oil diffusion pump is shown in the figure.

拡散ポンプの作動液に油を用いたものをいう．ポンプ油として要求される特性は，まず常温における蒸発圧が低いこと，蒸発熱が大きいこと，および熱的，化学的に安定であることがおもなものである．油拡散ポンプの代表的な構造を図に示す．
