Adi Buddha - Aadi Buddha

...Buddha as the origin of the universe. It is used by Buddhist scholars in recent years as a translation of the Sanskrit Ādi-buddha. In Tibet, it refers to the Bodhisattva Samantabhadra, the dharmakaya of Vairocana Buddha, and in Nepal it refers to the Bodhisattva Manjusri, also known as Svayambu (the natural born).
