Ashikaga Prefectural Natural Park

A natural park in the southwest of Tochigi Prefecture, northwest of Ashikaga City. Its area is 13.20 km2 . It was designated in 1956. The area is a hilly area of 100 to 500 meters, and has great hiking trails. The main attractions are the Nagusa Megaliths (a natural monument) in the grounds of Itsukushima Shrine, Gyodo-san Join-ji Temple, and Orihime Shrine on Tsukimi-ga-Oka. 栃木県南西部，足利市北西部の自然公園。面積 13.20km2。 1956年指定。地域は 100～500mの丘陵地帯で絶好のハイキングコース。厳島神社境内の名草巨石群 (天然記念物) ，行道山浄因寺，月見ヶ丘の織姫神社などがおもな名所。
