...The story is about the conflict between the Hojo and Minamoto clans. The third act, "Asahina's Envoy," is an elaborate adaptation of the third act, "Benkei's Envoy," from "The Night Attack on the Gosho Sakura Horikawa River," and the seventh act, "Funaoka Mansion," from "Flower Genealogy: A Guide to the City." To kill Tsukasahime, who is pregnant with Yoriie's child, and to end Yoriie's bloodline, Hojo Tokimasa orders Asahina to go to the mansion of the princess's wet nurse, Iibara Hyoe.
