A Buddhist ceremony held to praise the merits of Aizen Myoo and pray for good health and prosperity. ※Kennai-ki - June 1, 1441 (first year of the Kakitsu era) "Today, the head of the Jorenge-in Aizen-ko is the head of the Odai-gocho."② Early modern times, a trade association of Osaka indigo merchants. It began as a place of worship and prayer for dyeing businesses, as Shitennoji Aizen Myoo is well known for indigo dyeing. ※History of Paint and Dyes Commerce - September 1799 (eleventh year of the Kansei era) - Eitai Aizen-ko Association Seal Book "Osaka's front buyers, too, <omitted> This time, the Eitai Aizen-ko will join in the chanting, and everything should be done."
