...Recently, broiler chicken farming has become popular, in which fast-growing hybrids, three-way crosses, and four-way crosses are raised to weigh 1,000 to 1,800 g at 8 to 10 weeks of age. In this case, the White Cornish is the most commonly used male strain. This breed was developed by crossing a British fighting cock breed with a White Malay and a Shamo, and has a triple crest, red earlobes, and yellow skin.
