...Hozakinoikarisou is native to central China and is rarely cultivated as a medicinal herb. It has a pair of trifoliate compound leaves on a flower stalk and many small white flowers with short spurs. The genus Vancouveria , endemic to the Pacific coast of North America, is similar to the Epimedium genus in Eurasia, but its flowers are trimeric. [Kurosaki Shihei]
