Urkraton

...The oldest part is called the continental core. In 1934, German geologist H. Stille defined five regions on Earth as the world's oldest continental masses, which he named the Urkraton protolith. These were called Rusia (most of Scandinavia and parts of Russia), Angaria (central Siberia), Laurentia (most of Canada and Greenland), Sinia (eastern China), and Gondwania (South America, Africa, India, etc.), but most of them are shield-like.
