Lycodon

The Baikada lineage has a long, slender head and body, as well as a long tail, and is similar in both morphology and ecology to the closely related Lycodon wolf snake, which is widely distributed in Southeast Asia. The Senkaku Madara is a species recently discovered on Uotsuri Island, and it is interesting that two competing species of the same genus inhabit such a small island.
