macro analysis

Japanese: macro analysis(英語表記)macroanalysis
macro analysis

...The term trace analysis is used to distinguish the latter. In chemical analysis, samples are conveniently divided into macro analysis (up to 0.1g or more), semimicro analysis (10-20mg), micro analysis (up to 1mg), and ultramicro analysis (up to 1μg) depending on the amount of sample handled. Microanalysis was systematized by Austrian chemist Friedrich Peter Emich (1860-1940) around 1926, but major contributions include the development of organic microanalysis by F. Pregl and the development of the spot test by Fritz Feigl (1892-1971).

化学分析では取り扱う試料の量により,常量分析macro analysis(~0.1g以上),半微量分析semimicro analysis(10~20mg),微量分析micro analysis(~1mg),超微量分析ultra micro analysis(~1μg)などと便宜上分ける。 …
