...He completed the formula for binomial expansion with exponent 1/ n , and was the first to show the method of double integration to calculate the volume of the intersecting part of an intersecting cylinder. He left behind many outstanding achievements, including research on logarithms and Malfatti's theorem (a method of inscribing three mutually circumscribing circles in a triangle and calculating the radius of the circle from the values ​​of its three sides). His grave is at Jorin-ji Temple in Minato-ku, Tokyo, and is designated as a Tokyo historic site.
