A collection of documents on domestic and foreign affairs during the end of the Tokugawa shogunate, from around the time of Perry's arrival to around the time of the restoration of imperial rule. 3 volumes in total. Edited by Katsu Kaishu. Written by Kimura Keishu (Kiki). Published in 1893 as part of the Imperial Household Ministry. Included in the Kaishu Zenshu.
