Private goods (English)

…Goods and services that can be consumed in equal amounts by multiple people at the same time are called public goods. This is the opposite of private goods, such as bread or haircuts, in which the consumption of a good or the enjoyment of a service by one individual reduces the amount of consumption or the opportunity to enjoy the service left for others. Goods for which there is no competition for consumption are called pure public goods, such as national defense and diplomacy, whose benefits are shared equally by the entire population.
