...It is sometimes used synonymously with advertising and public relations, and is also called public relations and public hearings, but originally it was an abbreviation of public relations. It has a variety of historical and practical meanings, but all of them are based on the relationship with public opinion, and the comprehensive concept can be defined as "an activity in which individuals or groups communicate the actual situation, image, problems, etc. within the group or with other groups, and contribute to the formation of public opinion while smoothing mutual relations."
