Scolopendromorpha

…A general term for arthropods in the order Scolopendromorpha of the class Chilopoda, but it usually refers to the family Scolopendridae. The family Scolopendridae includes the giant centipede (found widely in tropical regions around the world), which can reach a body length of 35 cm, and is so named because many of the centipedes are large.
