...Its existence was first discovered by E. Raman (1905). It corresponds to Distrochlepto or Eutrochlepto in the American soil classification system Soil Taxonomy (1975). Unlike the case under coniferous forests in the humid subarctic zone, the soil temperature and soil moisture are favorable and the fallen leaves of broadleaf trees are rich in bases such as calcium and magnesium, so soil microorganisms and soil animals are active, rapidly decomposing the fallen leaves and branches and mixing them well with inorganic matter, so that a dark, not very thick, mull-type humus layer ( _A1 layer) with a well-developed aggregate structure is formed on the surface. ...
