...One of the fragments of Ashvaghosha's plays discovered in Central Asia is called an allegorical play (or metaphorical drama), in which religious abstractions are personified and acted out. Later, Krishna Mishra (11th century) produced a six-act allegorical play called Prabodhacandrodaya (Moonrise of Enlightenment), which promoted the doctrine of Vaishnava, bringing a new style of drama into vogue in the theatre. *Some of the terminology explanations that mention "sūtradhāra" are listed below.
