Kucuk Kaynarca (English spelling)

…the Treaty of Küçük Kaynarca was a peace treaty between the Ottoman Empire and Russia, signed on July 21, 1774 in Küçük Kaynarca, a small town in what is now northeastern Bulgaria, near the border with Romania. It is also called the Treaty of Küçük Kaynarca.
