Hesperonesian

…These are the languages ​​spoken in the western part of the Austronesian language family, and are often referred to as the Western Austronesian or Hesperonesian in contrast to the Eastern (Oceanian) branch. It is a general term for the languages ​​found mainly in Indonesia, from Taiwan in the north to Roti Island in the south, and from Madagascar in the west to the central part of West Irian in the east, but it is not yet clear where the boundary with the Eastern branch lies, as many languages ​​have not been sufficiently investigated.
