Guzana

Japanese: Guzana
Guzana

...This pottery is a magnificent work that is considered the pinnacle of West Asian pottery. The main part of the ruins is the ancient walled city of Guzana, where the palace of the Aramaean prince Kapar was built around 900 BC. When digging deep into the ruins in connection with the investigation of the palace ruins, a large number of new types of painted pottery were unearthed, which was later named Halaf pottery, but the details of the remains are unknown, and it was only through stratigraphic excavations at other ruins that it was possible to place the period as part of the prehistoric culture of northern Mesopotamia, as the Hassuna period (-Samarra period) - Halaf period - Ubaid period.
