Distoma

...The first two include those that parasitize fish, reptiles, amphibians, or mollusks, and all medically important species that parasitize humans are included in the Digenea. Most Digenea have oral and abdominal suckers, but the latter also look like a mouth, so the cricket is commonly called distoma (meaning "two mouths"). The surface of the body is covered with a thin layer of keratin, and small spines or wart-like protuberances can be seen.
