(1) The title of a Heike song. Hiramono (flat matter). Fushimono (fushimono). The new Dainagon (councillor) Narichika was exiled to Bizen for treason, and his son Fujiwara no Naritsune was also summoned by Kiyomori. Naritsune held his three-year-old son close and asked him to become a monk and hold a funeral service when he grew up. When Naritsune nodded, everyone shed tears (Ori-goe, middle tone). When Naritsune was exiled to Bitchu, he asked where his father was exiled to in Bizen, and was told that it was a long journey of 12 to 13 days. He lamented that they were deliberately lying about the fact that Bitchu and Bizen were originally the same country (Ori-goe). In the past, Dewa and Mutsu were the same country, and when the lieutenant general of Fujiwara no Sanekata, who was exiled to Mutsu, was looking for the famous Akoya Pine, he asked an old man he met, who told him that Mutsu was an old name for a province in present-day Dewa, and so he crossed the country to see it (Middle tone, Shio-ju).

(1)平曲の曲名。平物（ひらもの）。フシ物。謀反の罪で新大納言成親は備前に流され，その子藤原成経も清盛に召喚された。成経が3歳の子を抱き寄せて，成長の後は出家して弔いをしてくれと言うとうなずいたので，みな涙を流した(〈折リ声･中音〉)。成経は備中に流されたので，備前の父の配所を聞くと片道12～13日の遠さと答えられ，備中･備前は元来は同国なのにわざとごまかすのかと慨嘆した(〈折リ声〉)。昔は出羽･陸奥も同国で，陸奥に流された藤原実方（さねかた）の中将が名所の阿古屋松を探したとき，出会った老人に聞くと，陸奥は昔の国名で今の出羽にあるのだと言われ，国を越えて見に行ったという(〈中音･初重（しよじゆう）〉)。
