Seventeen species, including the Savannah Duiker ( Cephalophus sylvicultor ) and the Grey Duiker (Savannah Duiker) Silvicapra grimmia , are found in Africa, excluding North Africa. They range in length from 55 to 145 cm, tail length from 7 to 17.5 cm, and weight from 5 to 65 kg.

...Their bodies are light brown, reddish brown, blackish brown, etc., and all are native to Africa. There are 17 species in two genera, including the Cape duiker (Savannah duiker) Sylvicapra grimmia (illustration), which lives in forests and eats fruit, and the brown duiker Cephalophus sylvicultor , which eats grass and leaves in brush.
