A table with a structure that allows the table surface to be extended as needed. It is mainly used in dining rooms. The table is divided into three boards, the two on the left and right can be folded under the central board. When the two boards are extended to the left and right, thin corbels make them flush with the central board, turning it into a large dining table. It is also called a draw table. It is based on the simple large table (refectory table) used in medieval monastery dining rooms, and became popular in England, France, and Italy in the early 16th century.
