A figure in Roman legend. Greek name Euandros. 60 years before the Trojan War, he led his people from the Greek region of Arcadia to Italy and founded the city of Palatheum in a section of what would later become Rome. He is said to have brought writing and various musical instruments to Italy, as well as founded the Lupercalia festival in honor of the faun Pan.
