Yuki Aisouka - Yuki Aisouka

Poet. Maiden name Kuronuma, real name Kosaburo. Born in Yamagata City. While working in agriculture, he devoted himself to composing poetry, and in 1914 (Taisho 3), he joined the poetry magazine "Araragi" and studied under Saito Mokichi, who was from his hometown. In his poetry collections "Sanroku" (1929) and "Sudama" (1935), he wrote about the joys and sorrows of farmers in the Tohoku region. He also wrote essays such as "Village Life Record" (1935), and contributed to the development of local culture.

歌人。旧姓黒沼、本名光三郎。山形市生まれ。農業に従事しつつ作歌に励み、1914年（大正3）『アララギ』に加入、郷土出身の斎藤茂吉に師事した。歌集『山麓(さんろく)』（1929）、『すだま』（1935）などで東北農民の哀歓を詠じている。また『村里生活記』（1935）以下の随筆も書き、地方文化の発展に寄与した。
