〘 noun 〙① steamed things. Especially steamed vegetables or seafood. [10-volume Wamyosho (around 934)]② steamed sweets. ※Rakugo・Sekaya (1890)〈Sanyutei Encho〉"Steamed sweets (mushimono) can also be made in Tokyo, but dried sweets can only be made in Saikyo."
