A town in Tamura County in central-eastern Fukushima Prefecture. The entire town is part of the Abukuma Highlands, and Miharu, the main settlement along the Ban'etsu East Line, developed as a castle town for the Akita clan and a horse-breeding area. Rice, silkworms, and tobacco are cultivated. The town is known for its toys, Miharu horses and Miharu dolls. The Miharu Takizakura cherry tree is a natural monument. 福島県中東部，田村郡の町。全町阿武隈(あぶくま)高地に含まれ，磐越東(ばんえつとう)線に沿う主集落三春は秋田氏の城下町，馬産地として発達。米作，養蚕，葉タバコの栽培を行う。玩具の三春駒や三春人形を特産。三春滝ザクラは天然記念物。東日本大震災で，町内において被害が発生。72.76km2。１万8191人（2010）。
